RETURN & EXCHANGE
Please inspect your parcel upon receiving it.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, kindly contact us within 3 days after receiving your parcel. After verification, a full refund including the related shipping fees will be issued.
For size exchanges, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Shipping fees incurred for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
All returned or exchanged items must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and tags intact (tags must not be removed).
Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following reasons:
• Change of mind / dislike of the item
• Size or fitting issues
• Other personal reasons
Items that have been washed, worn, damaged, altered, or have tags removed are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
