佩戴方式：

无胶款

1. 使用前无需清洗，佩戴时保持皮肤清爽干燥即可。
2. 取出乳贴贴于胸部后，用温热手掌轻压覆盖10秒以上即可。

有胶款

1. 使用前无需清洗，佩戴时保持皮肤清爽干燥即可。
2. 撕开透明保护膜，对准位置后轻轻贴合即可。

清洗方式

使用清水搭配少量沐浴露轻轻揉搓清洗
（可加入少量洗衣液）

⚠️注意事项：
• 不可使用肥皂或滋润型沐浴露
• 不可使用温水或热水
• 不可使用刷子、毛巾或纸巾擦拭
• 请轻柔清洗，避免破坏材质与粘性

保养好收纳：

无胶款

清洗后轻轻甩干水分，
将亲肤面朝上放置于阴凉通风处自然晾干（避免暴晒）。

晾干后请及时放回收纳盒中，保持干净，避免灰尘或杂质影响使用效果与寿命。
妥善保养可重复使用。

有胶款

清洗后沥干水分并自然晾干，
再贴回原有透明保护膜后收纳入盒中。

若保护膜遗失，可使用保鲜膜替代。
使用吹风机冷风轻吹几秒，可帮助恢复更佳粘性效果。

2. Place onto the chest area and gently press with warm palms for at least 10 seconds for better adherence.

Gel

1. No need to wash before use. Keep skin clean, dry, and oil-free before wearing.
2. Remove the transparent protective film and position carefully before applying.

Cleaning Instructions 

Wash gently with clean water and a small amount of body wash
(a little laundry detergent may be added).

⚠️Please avoid:
• Soap or moisturizing body wash
• Warm or hot water
• Brushes, towels, or tissues
• Excessive rubbing

Care & Storage

Non-Gel

After washing, gently shake off excess water and air dry with the inner side facing up in a cool, ventilated area (avoid direct sunlight).

Store back into the case once fully dry to keep it clean and dust-free.
Proper care allows repeated use.

Gel

After washing, let it air dry completely before reapplying the original protective film and storing it in the case.

If the protective film is lost, cling wrap/plastic wrap may be used instead.
Using a hairdryer on cool air for a few seconds may help restore stickiness.
